suparbaji Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the suparbaji platform — including but not limited to the casino lobby, sportsbook, slots section, crash games, VIP programme, and any associated promotional materials — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them without reservation.

suparbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on suparbaji.pro. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version of this agreement. Where translations exist for user convenience, the English text governs in any dispute. The Terms apply to all users of suparbaji.pro regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the platform.

suparbaji operates as an entertainment platform providing online casino games, sports betting, and related services. The platform is made available on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between the Player and suparbaji.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the suparbaji platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration. suparbaji does not consent to the jurisdiction of any court or tribunal not agreed upon in advance in writing.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, read together with the suparbaji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (both published on suparbaji.pro), constitute the entire agreement between you and suparbaji with respect to the subject matter herein. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.

To be eligible to use the suparbaji platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute and non-negotiable requirement.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or on behalf of a third party when using your suparbaji account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from suparbaji or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering only one account on the platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or as a result of coercion by any third party.

suparbaji reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable age verification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification, and may result in permanent account closure.

Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 18 will be forfeited in their entirety. Deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible, after deduction of any transaction fees incurred. suparbaji will report confirmed cases of underage gambling to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

Geographic Restrictions

suparbaji is operated primarily for players based in Bangladesh. However, certain games or features may be restricted in specific locations due to content licensing, software provider agreements, or local regulatory requirements. suparbaji makes no representation that all content available on the platform is appropriate or lawful in every location. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of suparbaji is lawful in your specific location.

To access the full range of suparbaji services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without return of funds.

Each person is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on suparbaji. If suparbaji detects or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or device identifiers — suparbaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

suparbaji operates a Know Your Customer process in line with responsible platform management. KYC verification may be required at any of the following trigger points:

• Before the first withdrawal is processed from your account.
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed certain thresholds as determined by suparbaji.
• When suparbaji's risk management systems flag an account for review.
• At any point when suparbaji deems it necessary to confirm your identity.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driver's licence); proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence); and proof of payment method (screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account, or bank statement showing your account details). All documents must be legible, unaltered, and clearly showing the relevant information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your suparbaji login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. suparbaji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact suparbaji support immediately. suparbaji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

All financial transactions on suparbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). suparbaji does not support multi-currency accounts. Your account balance, all wagers, all winnings, and all bonus credits are denominated in BDT at all times.

Supported Payment Methods

Deposit Policy

Deposits to your suparbaji account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. suparbaji does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment source may be returned and the associated account subjected to enhanced review.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to deposit to the account, or to a method that you have registered and verified as belonging to you. suparbaji reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met in full.

suparbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional offer's terms and this section, the specific promotional terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and must not be exploited through systematic or automated betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming additional welcome bonuses will be closed and any associated winnings forfeited.
• All bonus offers have a defined expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not claimed or not meeting wagering requirements within this period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all, as specified in the individual offer terms.

VIP Programme Rewards

Rewards earned through the suparbaji Black Diamond VIP programme — including cashback credits, tier bonuses, and personal manager allocation — are subject to the VIP programme terms which are communicated directly to qualifying players. VIP tier status is calculated on a monthly rolling basis using BDT wagering volume. Tier status and associated benefits may be adjusted downward if minimum monthly wagering thresholds are not maintained.

Seasonal & Event Promotions

suparbaji periodically runs promotions tied to sporting events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and cultural occasions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a defined period only. Players are responsible for reading the terms of each promotion before participating.

As a registered player on suparbaji, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming and betting.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or systematically extract data or content from the suparbaji platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or clear bonuses.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or pricing mistake on the platform. Any winnings generated through a demonstrable platform error are void and will not be paid.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing suparbaji staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or assisting any other person to do so.

suparbaji uses advanced fraud detection and risk management systems to monitor account behaviour in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. suparbaji's determination of what constitutes prohibited conduct is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 8.

suparbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to suspension or closure, with or without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player via the responsible gaming tools or the support team.
• Inactive account status: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your suparbaji account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — your access to the suparbaji platform will be terminated. Any open bets placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings that do not meet the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited. suparbaji retains the right to withhold funds from a closed account pending the outcome of an active investigation.

suparbaji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access, accurate odds, and reliable game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, suparbaji's total liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your suparbaji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

suparbaji shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether suparbaji was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business or contracts.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Wasted management or office time.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime due to scheduled maintenance, emergency patching, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment processors, including delays, errors, or non-delivery of funds.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold suparbaji, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Please provide full details of your complaint, including your registered username, the relevant dates and transaction or bet references, and a clear description of the issue. suparbaji aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. All complaints are handled with complete confidentiality.
